We're the Perreira family - not a property management company, not a corporate landlord. We rent individual rooms in our apartments (units C-11 and C-34) at University Commons on Smith Level Road. You get your own private bedroom and bathroom, and share the kitchen and living area with up to three other tenants.
$600/month covers your room plus core utilities - wireless internet, water, and electric for normal household usage. No application fees. No background check fees. Just a straightforward, transparent leasing conversation. We also like to have prospective tenants meet the people they'll be living with before moving in, so everyone knows they'll get along.
