We're the Perreira family - not a property management company, not a corporate landlord. We rent individual rooms in our apartments (units C-11 and C-34) at University Commons on Smith Level Road. You get your own private bedroom and bathroom, and share the kitchen and living area with up to three other tenants.
$600/month covers your room plus core utilities - wireless internet, water, and electric for normal household usage. No application fees. No background check fees. Just a straightforward, transparent leasing conversation. We also like to have prospective tenants meet the people they'll be living with before moving in, so everyone knows they'll get along.

What's Included
You rent one room in a ~1,250 sq ft apartment. Each of the 4 bedrooms has its own private bathroom, and all residents share the kitchen and living area. Here's what comes with your room:

Yes. Right now we're offering $100 off each of your first three months. You can move in with just $500 up front, and the separate security deposit is due in month two. Specials may change based on availability.
Can I sublet my room?
Subletting or assigning the lease requires prior written approval from the landlord.
Do you recommend renter's insurance?
Yes. Renter's insurance is strongly recommended.
Can I meet roommates first?
Yes. We prefer prospective tenants meet roommates before move-in so everyone is comfortable.
